Aneth CDC is part of a national effort to bring affordable capital to small- and mid-sized businesses in underserved communities. Our goal is to help develop businesses that provide good jobs that make our communities healthier.
Sources of Capital
Aneth CDC gets its funding from a variety of Federal, State, and private agencies. Please keep in mind that our CDC is a lender and not a grant-making agency.
Size of Loans
Loans range from $1,000 to $500,000 depending upon your justified needs and our loan fund balance.

Loan Criteria
All of the five “Cs” of lending Character, Capacity, Credit, Capital, and Collateral are used in our evaluation. Our emphasis is on Character and Capacity to repay the loan.
